
What is Vedanā?
Vedanā means feeling or sensation in Sanskrit. It encompasses the full spectrum of human experience - every emotion, every stimulus, whether joyful or painful.
At Vedana, we embrace this wisdom as an invitation: to allow all feelings in, to surrender to them, and transform them.
Through movement, breath, and mindful awareness, you learn to move emotions through your body and free your mind through psychological and spiritual practices.

As someone who has always been deeply anxious and who went through several depressions in my teenage years, this shift was life-saving. Learning how to let go and nourish, not only my body with nutritious food, but also my mind with stillness and my spirit with connection, gave me back my sense of self. I felt in touch with my body again because I wasn't seeing it as an enemy anymore. I was now seeing it as my best friend, as the vessel carrying me through life, and I learned to communicate rather than fight with it.
Holistic practices - yoga, nutrition, mindful movement, self-love - helped me not only to love myself but love life again. I deeply believe in the healing power of these practices, and now I want to share them with others so they don't have to go through the same suffering, feeling alone or disconnected.


The Transformational Nutrition Method

As a transformational nutrition coach my goal is to educate on health and healing, and to facilitate that process, in any and all forms. To do that, l use a holistic approach that views every person as a whole - body, mind and spirit. Never treating an entity independently of the others as they all work together to keep you healthy. You can't heal the body if the mind or the soul is ill, and vice versa. I also take past experiences and traumas - physical and psychological - very seriously in my coaching, as I believe they strongly impact how your mind and body respond to different stimuli.

Who am I?
Hi! I'm Juliette, Yoga Teacher and Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach.
For the longest time I've lived in complete disconnection from myself. I battled eating disorders for years, lost my light, put my health at risk, and most importantly I lost touch with myself — all because I believed my worth was tied to how I looked. My body felt like an enemy, something I needed to control at all costs.
Yoga found me in Asia, while I was on a journey to find myself again. For the first time, it wasn't about looking good but feeling good. Through movement, breath, and presence, I began to feel my body again, not as something to be judged, but as something sacred. I realized how precious it was, and how much it allowed me to experience.
