Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Vedanā – Wellness & Yoga.

 

1. General

 

All purchases relate to services (yoga classes, private sessions, workshops, and coaching) and are subject to the conditions outlined below.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal

 

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a specific date or within a fixed period once the service has been fully performed.

 

For digital or online services, by booking a session you expressly agree to the performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

 

3. Cancellations by the Client

    •    Cancellations made at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded, at our discretion.

    •    Cancellations made after this time, or failure to attend a session, are non-refundable.

 

4. Cancellations by Vedanā – Wellness & Yoga

 

If a session is cancelled by us, you will be offered:

    •    A full refund, or

    •    The option to reschedule at no additional cost

 

5. Packages & Multi-Session Passes

    •    Packages and class passes are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

    •    Unused sessions are non-transferable and may be subject to an expiry period.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

 

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (such as illness or force majeure), at our discretion.

 

7. Refund Method

 

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
