These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website and services provided by Vedanā – Wellness & Yoga.

 

1. Services

 

Vedanā – Wellness & Yoga provides yoga classes, private sessions, workshops, and holistic and nutrition coaching services, delivered online and/or in person.

 

2. Consumer Rights

 

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

 

3. Bookings & Payment

    •    All services must be booked in advance.

    •    Prices, session details, and payment terms are displayed at the time of booking.

    •    Payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

    •    For services booked on a specific date or time, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed.

    •    Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

    •    Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full.

 

5. Client Responsibility

 

Clients agree to:

    •    Provide accurate and complete information regarding health and wellbeing

    •    Inform the instructor of any relevant changes to their condition

    •    Take responsibility for their own physical and mental wellbeing during sessions

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vedanā – Wellness & Yoga shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in services. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or intentional misconduct, is not excluded.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and branding, is the property of Vedanā – Wellness & Yoga and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

 

8. Data Protection

 

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
